This Privacy Policy explains how BOHAI FINANCE HOLDING GROUP LIMITED (“Company”, “we”, “us”) handles information when you use Pocketo Space Tidy (the “App”).
l We do not sell your personal data, and we do not upload your photos or videos to our servers.
l Your photos and videos are analyzed and processed on-device for the App’s media features.
l The App uses Adjust, ThinkingData, and Google Firebase services for attribution, analytics, subscription measurement, and app performance. These providers may process limited technical, usage, and identifier data as described below.
l The App does not display third-party advertising, and analytics providers are not given access to the contents of your photos or videos.
l Nothing is deleted from your Photo Library unless you confirm the deletion.
The App does not require an account and does not ask you to provide your name, email address, phone number, contacts, or payment-card details.
With your permission, the App accesses your Photo Library to provide features such as:
l organizing and cleaning photos and videos by type or category;
l content-based categories, including Tickets, Shopping, Receipts, Orders & Tracking, Verification Codes (2FA), Contact Info, Memes, QR/Barcode, and Text;
l on-device OCR text extraction;
l photo and video compression; and
l photo and video metadata removal or editing, including sharing a metadata-clean copy.
Media analysis is performed locally on your device. We do not transmit the contents of your photos or videos to Adjust, ThinkingData, Firebase, or our own servers.
You can change Photo Library access at any time in iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Photos.
Depending on the SDK features enabled, device settings, and applicable permissions, Adjust, ThinkingData, and Firebase may automatically process the following categories of data:
l App activity: app launches, sessions, screens or features used, taps, timestamps, subscription and purchase events, and other in-app events that we configure.
l Device and app information: device model, operating-system version, app version, language, region, and network connection information.
l Identifiers: IDFV, Adjust device identifiers, Firebase app-instance or installation identifiers, and similar pseudonymous identifiers. IDFA is accessed only when it is available under Apple’s App Tracking Transparency framework and the required authorization has been granted.
l Attribution and network data: install source, campaign or ad-interaction information, IP address, and approximate country or region derived from network information.
l Diagnostics and performance information: technical logs, errors, crashes, launch time, and performance measurements when the relevant Firebase services are enabled.
We use pseudonymous or aggregated data where reasonably possible. We do not intentionally send your name, email address, phone number, precise location, contacts, or photo/video contents to these providers.
Apple processes purchases and subscription payments. We may receive or measure limited transaction-related information, such as product identifier, subscription status, trial status, purchase or renewal event, price, currency, and transaction identifier. We do not receive or store your full payment-card details.
We use the information described above to:
provide the App’s media organization, cleanup, compression, OCR, and metadata features on-device;
understand feature usage and improve the App’s design and performance;
measure installs, advertising attribution, and campaign performance;
measure subscription, trial, purchase, and renewal events;
identify and fix crashes, errors, and performance problems; and
protect the App against fraud, abuse, and security threats.
We do not use the contents of your photos or videos for advertising or third-party analytics.
We disclose limited information to service providers only as needed for the purposes described in this Policy. Their processing is governed by their own privacy terms and our service arrangements:

These providers may process data in countries or regions outside your place of residence, subject to their safeguards and applicable law. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security. We do not sell your personal data.
When you choose to share media, iOS provides the system share sheet. The App does not control the recipient or service you choose.
We do not store your photos or videos on our servers and do not operate a media-upload service.
Generated results, such as compressed or metadata-clean copies, are saved locally on your device only when you choose to save them. Deletions occur only after your confirmation and are performed through iOS photo-management mechanisms.
Analytics, attribution, subscription-event, and diagnostics data may be stored by Adjust, ThinkingData, Google, or Apple according to their retention settings, contractual requirements, and privacy policies. We retain access to reports only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy or as required by law.
The App uses analytics and attribution SDKs but does not include a third-party advertising SDK. Adjust may use IDFV and other privacy-permitted identifiers for attribution. IDFA is available to the App only when Apple’s App Tracking Transparency requirements are satisfied and you have granted authorization where required.
You can control App Tracking Transparency permission in iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking. Limiting tracking does not prevent all analytics or attribution because some measurement may use IDFV, app-instance identifiers, aggregated data, or privacy-preserving Apple technologies.
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures designed to minimize data handling and protect information. Media processing remains on-device. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and third-party providers maintain their own security controls.
The App is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the App, contact us so that we can take appropriate action.
You can revoke Photo Library permission at any time in iOS settings.
You can control App Tracking Transparency permission in iOS settings.
You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple Account subscription settings.
You can delete the App to stop future App-based collection from that installation, although deletion does not automatically erase information already retained by service providers.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or restriction or objection to certain processing. Contact us at the address below. We may need information such as a pseudonymous device or transaction identifier to locate a record, and some requests may need to be directed to Apple or another service provider.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last Updated” date above will reflect the most recent version.
