These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Pocketo Space Tidy (the “App”). These Terms are an agreement between you and BOHAI FINANCE HOLDING GROUP LIMITED (“Company”, “we”, “us”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
Pocketo Space Tidy helps you organize and clean your photo library by categories, extract text from images, compress media, and remove or edit photo and video metadata for safer sharing. The App processes your media on-device and may offer optional auto-renewing subscriptions that unlock premium features.
You must be legally able to accept these Terms in your jurisdiction. If you are under 13, you may not use the App.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your own lawful purposes, subject to these Terms.
All photos and videos in your Photo Library remain your property. We do not claim ownership of your content.
The App may request permission to access your Photo Library to:
l categorize and help you review items (photos and videos),
l extract text from images (OCR),
l compress photos and videos,
l remove or edit photo and video metadata,
l generate and share a metadata-clean copy if you choose.
You can change permissions anytime in iOS settings. If you deny permission, some features may not work.
The App may offer weekly, monthly, and annual auto-renewing subscriptions, each with a free-trial option and a no-trial option. Availability, trial eligibility and length, price, currency, and billing period are displayed in the App and in the Apple purchase confirmation screen before purchase:
l Weekly Subscription: with or without a free trial; unlocks all premium features.
l Monthly Subscription: with or without a free trial; unlocks all premium features.
l Annual Subscription: with or without a free trial; unlocks all premium features.
For a no-trial subscription, payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase. For an eligible free-trial subscription, no charge is made until the trial ends. Unless canceled at least 24 hours before the trial ends, it converts to the paid weekly, monthly, or annual plan you selected at the displayed price. Apple determines trial eligibility; previous use of an introductory offer may make you ineligible.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. Your Apple Account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period at the renewal price disclosed by Apple.
After purchase, you can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple Account settings, including through iOS Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions. Canceling takes effect at the end of the current paid period. Deleting the App does not cancel a subscription.
The price displayed in the Apple purchase confirmation screen controls and may vary by country or region. Apple processes all subscription payments. Price changes, taxes, refunds, and billing disputes are handled under Apple’s applicable terms and policies. We do not receive or store your full payment-card details.
You agree not to misuse the App, including attempting to reverse engineer, bypass security, or interfere with the App, or using the App for unlawful purposes.
The App may help you select items for cleanup, but you are responsible for confirming any deletion. Please review selections carefully. We are not responsible for unintended deletions resulting from your confirmation.
OCR, content recognition, and category grouping are provided “as is” and may not be accurate in all cases. You should verify results before relying on them.
Metadata removal and editing may change information embedded in photos or videos (such as location or other metadata fields). You are responsible for confirming you understand the changes before saving or sharing.
Compression may change media quality and file size. You are responsible for reviewing previews/options before saving.
The App and its interface, design, and code are owned by us and protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the App except as permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:
l any loss of photos/videos or data resulting from your actions in the App (including confirmed deletions),
l any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages,
l any reliance on OCR/classification results.
In any case, our total liability for claims related to the App is limited to the amount you paid for the App (if any) during the 12 months before the claim. If you paid nothing, our liability is limited to the minimum amount permitted by law.
You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially violate these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last Updated” date will reflect the newest version. Continued use of the App after updates means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in your jurisdiction, unless local law requires otherwise.
